Please fill out the request form in all fields for an appointment. Only when this request is fully filled out and received, can a proper reply be given.Below you may select your date and time for your appointment and make your deposit to confirm. A deposit is required prior to every tattoo. Vince travels between Los Angeles & New York City regularly (check instagram bio @VCMTTT for current city and travel dates). Once a request form has been submitted and received, you will receive a detailed reply via email regarding the specifics of your piece, such as price and scheduled dates and location. Each submission is carefully considered based on those who share the values of Vince's work. We are truly honored for every request that is submitted, however not all projects are accepted.

Please Note:

1. Appointments are confirmed after deposit is received.

2. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable uptimes to 72-hours before an appointment.

3. Deposit fee of $100-$300.

4.Response time may take up to two weeks.
